If an item arrives damaged in any way please let us know immediately by email. Tell us what the problem is and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If possible we would like a photo of the damaged item and/or packaging so we can use this in our claim on our insurance (this is not mandatory, just useful). We will refund the postage cost for you returning the damaged item to us.
If you decide you do not want the item you have purchased please email us within 7 (seven) working days and we will happily give you a full refund of the cost of your purchases (including the post and packing) once your unwanted purchases have been returned to us. We will not refund the return postage for unwanted items when they are returned.
All returns must be in original condition and package in the same manner as they were received.
If you would like to return a deckchair order please contact us as soon as possible using the product returns form found on the returns page that is listed under the customer service heading at the bottom of this site. We are sure that you will be happy with your deckchairs but please contact us if you require a return, we have made returning your deckchairs easy.
